Ever hear of Geocaching?

Goecaching is a real-world outdoor treasure hunting game that’s a real-time, real-world experience.

Participants try to locate hidden containers, called geocaches, using GPS devices and then share their experiences on-line.  Go to www.geocaching.com/guide  (Guide to the Game). It’s like a worldwide scavenger hunt where the hunt is for the “geocache”, a container holding a “valuable” and a log book.  Once a person locates the treasure he or she must sign the log book and return the geocache to its original location.   If the discoverer takes something from the cache it must be replaced with something of equal or greater value. Many times the geocache contain “travel bugs” (like dog tags) that have tracking codes on them.  These can be moved from cache to cache and is a great way to trace a fellow participants’ journey.

Back Comfort with Lumbar Support

Big Catch with Lumbar Support
There are hunts that require mountain climbing, biking and some using special equipment like scuba gear, kayaks or Skwoosh gel kayak seats.

The latest iteration is UNDERWATER GEOCACHING. Find a clue, set your GPS and paddle your Skwoosh equipped kayak to the proper coordinates. We know it’s not easy leaving the comfort of a Skwoosh Gel Fishing Seat or the super comfort of a Skwoosh Back Comfort Support Gel Seat but caching is the thing, so put on your scuba gear and dive for the cache.

Travel Gel Cushion
If you like treasure hunting and discovering new places - get a GPS, pack your Travel Gel Cushion and set out to find the more than 1.6 million caches around the world.

TO CLIMB A TREE OR NOT TO CLIMB A TREE

In a recent article in The Wall Street Journal, William L. Hamilton talks about the latest fad in outdoor activity, tree climbing. According to Mr Hamilton "recreational tree climbing" is now "technical tree climbing" or climbing with ropes just like professional arborists do. What you did as a kid or "free climbing" is not encouraged as a sport. You've got to be kidding.

Can you imagine living in New York City, throwing a good rope, several carabiners, a saddle harness, a helmet, goggles and your trusty throw weight into a Macy's Big Brown Bag shopping bag, riding down the elevator in your building and heading straight for the New York Botanical Garden in the Bronx to climb a tree?
Classic Paddling Cushion
I prefer a strenuous workout out on the water in a kayak, canoe, sculler rowing or just some lazy fishing from my boat. I don't know about you but I'm a comfort hound when it comes to my recreation. I like to load my kayak on top of my car, drive a short way to a river, a lake or the ocean and put her in.
For paddling comfort I always have a Classic PADDLING GEL kayak cushion by SKWOOSH in my boat.

Pro Angler Kayak Gel Seat
When I decide to fish from my kayak I make sure that my SKWOOSH Tournament or Pro Angler kayak gel fishing seat is set up. Skwoosh lets me fish in comfort all day long.

Master Row Pad with AGP

When I'm in the mood for a vigorous workout I get into my one man scull, drop in my SKWOOSH Master gel row pad and get a 30 minute comfortable work out.

Suffice it to say I can pass up the 120 year old red oak for a comfortable paddle in my kayak with a SKWOOSH Gel Cushion any day.

STWART’S 15th WIN AT DAYTONA

SKWOOSH was in the stands—Did it Help?

Only Dale Earnhardt with 34 wins and Bobby Allison with 16 lead Stewart in the Daytona win column. Of course there’s the fabled Cale Yarorouh who has 15 as well but who’s counting.

Kevin Harvick knew his race cars were good enough to get either he or Tony Stewart into Victory Lane. Once Dale Earnhardt Jr. was out of contention, their path was wide open. Stewart held off Carl Edwards, Harvick and Justin Allgaier to win the Nationwide Series opener at Daytona International Speedway for the fifth time in six years.

We all know the driver is important and the pit crew and the car but WOW!!! What about all those stadium gel seats in the stands. Skwoosh had Stewart covered from every angle. Comfortable seating in Daytona, great comfort on the road with the EZ SWIVEL in his truck and don’t forget the plane trip down from the super cold, snowy north. The flight from everywhere to Daytona was a breeze and in comfort with the Travel and Pro Traveler gel cushion.

OK Tony, just ride on a Skwoosh EZ Swivel Gel cushion for the rest of the season and you’ll be in great shape for next years Daytona.
